Some leaders are born the rest of us are made!

As part of our objective to engage the youth in leadership training in order to give them the opportunity to become a successful leader by learning the 21 century leadership skills and applying the concepts to the real world. Ms Bangura Executive director trains and teaches leadership 101 in waterloo community, a rural area outside of the capital city of Freetown. “My focus was on Self- leadership being able to lead as an independent thinker” says Madam Bangura.
